My Strengths & Weaknesses

Ive heard several times that, whenever u r going to prepare for an interview/examination, u r ought to learn abt ur Strengths and Weaknesses. So, I may know abt them..but i dont think I know them perfectly enough like what concerns to my Professional Life, Yeah..Im such a Noob. Haha..!!
So thus far, im right now trying to put down my Strengths and Weakness regarding my preperation for the forthe-coming Recruitment Exams.

The Examinations, generally/basicallay intend to test the candidates on the following subjects:

1. Quantitative/Numerical Ability
   
2. Reasoning Aptitude (Numerical & Verbal)
3. English
4. General Awareness OR Current Affairs
   
5. General Studies (Economy, Polity, History, Geography)
6. Science & Technology (General Science)

And Here are my Strengths:

1. Quantitative/Numerical Ability :
   ~~~Pretty much interested to do.
   ~~~ Speed is Good.
   ~~~But needs Accuracy & Lot of Practise
2. Reasoning Aptitude:
   ~~~Pretty much interested to do.
   ~~~ Speed is Good.
   ~~~Needs lots n lots of practise.
   ~~~But needs Accuracy.
3. Science & Technology:
   ~~~Interested to know things pertaing to Science(Im a Science Student)
   ~~~Can grasp really fast abt Science.
   Can spend hours together reading/learning it.
   ~~~Easy to search online and gather information cos of my main interest towards it.
4. AboutMyself: Apart from the general Strengths pertaining to the Subjects, Something that belongs to my Behavioural-Strength is that 'If i study something, with whole dedication for once, I can remember it forever..!!' There are some exceptional cases though like..
   

And now to my Weaknesses..Ohh im really bored by now..!!:

1. Current Affairs OR General Awareness:
   ~~~Lack of interest to know whats happening around. I really dont matter even a Volcano broke out nearby. :p And especially abt the Political Drama in India.(no offence pls)
   ~~~Really bored to watch NewsChanel or Newspaper. Anytime, I get a Newspaper in my hands, i turn it to either Entertainment section or Kids-Corner.
   ~~~Though i drag myself to be aware of issues, itl be a day or 2. The next day, il be back, to just ignore them.
   
2. General Studies (Economics, Polity, History, Geography):
   ~~~Back in my School, when I was supposed to attend my Social-Studies Examination, I used to By-heart it.., sneeze everything in the answer sheet, and the next day, il be free of any memories of the subject I hate SocialStudies. Know what..thats the subject that i scored least-marks untill my 10th grade.
   ~~~Now that im supposed to learn the same sh*t to make a living, i have to hang on with it, no matter what happens. Whenever i open a book to read it, its kinda invitation to me, to go n visit SleepGoddess.
3. English (Grammar):
   ~~~Though Im fluent enough to talk/write in English, I fail at Grammar.I cant figure out whats wrong in a sentence. Though i can pick some out of my Fluency.
   ~~~I read several times abt the Parts of Speech, (Y,for that sake, I read a month ago, n icant tell u whats Adverb is..!)n still cant remember it.
   ~~~Cant even remember(or atleast understand) the several terms(like past-present-continuous sh*t..)no offence pls..im not here to criticise English Grammer. But thats just me, who cant understand the right meaning of all the terms.
   ~~~Yeah..Im even poor at Verbal ability,Ask me the meaning of a ny word..I go ga-ga-ga..!!
4. About Myself: I need lot of motivation. I dont read/learn continously or regulary. I have to motivate myself a lot to get the book in to my hands..and the next day, Im back to normal, like a Lazy freak.
   

So, these are my Strengths & Weaknesses. To combat the Weakness and to strengthen the Stregnths, I have to do something..!! Like These:
For Weaknesses:

1. Current Affairs: I know that icant read Newsspaper regualry, So, im hoping for a Monthly-Magazine, like CompetitionMaster. And a Year Book like Manorama.
2. General Studies: Ihave to get books on it. So, I cant decide on that now..
3. English : I have a Grammer book with me and i need to hang on with it.
4. To get the motivation: Is the reason, why I created this blog. I may not get the motivation unless I get some readers and make my posts wanted. I was actually thinking of to post whatever Ive read in here..

To strengthen the Strengths:

1. Quantitative: I need to practise it atleast an hour. Learn the tricks for abt 15mins and practise the rest of the questions for 45mins. It obvious that we may not get more than 45 mins in the present Public-sector-recruitment tests.
2. Reasoning: Same as that of Quantitative.
3. Science & Technology: Should i get a book or online surfing is enough? I have to look on it. This is my All-time favourite subject.

Economic System (Overview/Definition)

(Defnt)Econimic System: is a system (or set of rules) that involves producing, distributing & consuming the goods and services across several entities in a soceity.
(Consists )Econimic System: is composed of people and institutions, including their relationships to produce the resources, such as Convention of property.

1:Overview:
Economic System is a set of methods and standards brought by which a society organizes the allocation and distribution of goods, services or economic resources.
At one extreme, there are private enterprises, where the resources were owned privately and distributed accordingly. It was like, production was out of their own interest , and the distridution was of social interest.
And at the other extreme, there is this KarlMarx, VladimirLenin prophecies, where the standards lead to the theory that all the resources are owned publicly, so is the way to minimizing the inequalities of wealth-indifferences among several social objectives.
Apart from this, there are several questions which needs to be anwered..Some like..regarding the Scarcity problem..like 'what to produce'..'how to produce', 'how to distribute' n 'who gets what is distributed'.
Basic Types of Economic System:
The general classification of the Economic System:

1. Market Economy(gerenal basis for all types of Hands-off Economic System, e.g., Captialism)
2. Mixed Economy (incorporation of both Market &Planned Economy)
3. Planned Economy(basis for several hands-on Economic Syste, e.g., Socialism)
4. Traditional Economy( The most oldest and trditional way of economy)
5. Participartory Economy (new recent proposals for a new Economic system)
6. Inclusive Democracy (a project for a new political and economic syste)

2:Division of Economic Systems:
Dvision of Economis Systems is mostly done on 2 aspects.
Hands-On System: Where the system is gorverned by the state or soceity to pick the goods and state the aim of social-justice and thereby leading to the elimination of inequalities in the wealth-levels among several economic classes.
Hands-Off System: Hands off economic system gives much power to the private-individuals to make those decisions as par their concern, leaving behind the social-welfare. Government involvement is limited.
