Tenses

With less priority over Verb forms, which will be updated later..

The 12 clauses:
  1. Simple Present Tense
  2. Present Continous
  3. Present Perfect
  4. Present Perfect Continous
  5. Simple Past
  6. Past Conituous
  7. Past Perfect
  8. Past Perfect Continuous
  9. Simple Future
  10. Future Continuous
  11. Future Perfect
  12. Future Perfect Continuous
The Overview abt their Simple Structures:

Present Tense:
1: Simple Present: Sub+V+obj
2: Present Continuous: Sub+ is/am/are +Ving + Obj
3: Present Perfect: Sub+has/have + V +Obj
4: Present Perfect Continuous: Sub+ has/have + been + Ving+ Obj

Past Tense:
1: Simple Past: sub+ V+ Obj
2: Past Continuous: Sub+ was/were+ Ving+ Obj
3: Past Perfect: Sub+ had+ V +Obj
4: Past Perfect Continuous: Sub+ had+ been+ Ving+ Obj

Future Tense:
1: Simple Future: Sub+will/shall+ V+ Obj
2: Future Continuous: Sub+ will/shall+ be+ Ving+ Obj
3: Future Perfect: Sub+ will/shall+ have+ V+ Obj
4: Future Perfect Continuous: Sub+ will/shall+ have+ been + Ving+ Obj

Thats all.. The 'V' indicates Verb. Basically, from the book ive read, they represented them by 3 forms: Like V1, V2, V3...And after searching for what theyve litereally meant.. they mean:
V1= Verb in Present tense form
V2= Verb in Past tense form
V3= Past Participle
